The Independence of the Seas has a Perfect Day at Coco Cay, Royal Caribbean’s private island in The Bahamas, and Nassau. We set sail on, July 7-10, 2023 out of Port Canaveral. We will also have a Sail Away Party on July 6th at the host hotel. It will start at 6 PM.

Yes! Many of our participants take advantage of our interest-free monthly payment plan.

TYHO 2023 BAHAMAS MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN requires a down payment of $200 per person at the time of booking. The remaining balance is billed in equal monthly payments until the final payment is due (60 days before sailing). The credit card that you use during registration will continue to be used for the monthly payments unless we are provided a different credit card.

Prices are per person, with a minimum of two people sharing a stateroom. If you choose to have your own stateroom or suite, you will have to pay the full cost of the stateroom (the price of two guests).

NOTE: You may reserve a stateroom by yourself and then add roommate(s) up to 45 days before sailing. We will also have a cruise FB Group where you can get connected with a roommate.

If you would like to book a room for yourself you may do so, however you will be responsible for paying for two attendees (double occupancy). If you book a room for yourself, you may add an additional occupant at any time up to 45 days before sailing.

Yes! Some staterooms (and most suites) can accommodate third and fourth guests. These rooms are limited and will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

For educators, it includes your conference registration, swag bag, conference tee, all access to the conference including entertainment, group parties, meet-ups, and more are included with your registration. All standard Royal Caribbean entertainment, dining and activities are also included. Non educators will receive a cruise shirt and can also attend entertainment, group parties, meet-ups.
